I realize that I am waayyy behind the times here, but I finally got around to watching Legend of Korra. After all those years of being an Avatard and all that time I spent on DH Forums, I'm a little embarrassed to say that I initially was not that interested. I mean, sure, I loved the original series, but I'd moved on with my life. Or so I thought. I was flipping around on the TV the other day, aimlessly looking for something to watch when a clip of the newest Avatar on the block caught my eye. For some reason, I am just not really feeling the Christmas spirit this year. Maybe it's because advertising has shoved it down our throats since mid-November, but so far I've felt more like the Grinch  regarding this holiday season. Maybe it's because I'm just burned out from this past semester. Who knows, but bah humbug. Maybe Lifetime should film some corny holiday movie about what a grump I've been lately and it would end with some contrived miracle to help me rediscover the ~magic~ of Christmas time. *sparkle sparkle* TL;DR - I'm on my way to becoming a mean one Ms. Grinch.
